When your Porsche has a problem, you need the right tools to find the right answer.
Modern Porsches are highly sophisticated vehicles, and accurate diagnosis requires more than simply reading a fault code.
At JGC Porsche, we use the latest Porsche PIWIS 4 diagnostic system, the same factory diagnostic equipment used by Porsche main dealers. This allows us to communicate directly with your Porsche and access manufacturer level diagnostic functions, guided tests and technical information to investigate faults properly.
Combined with our experience working exclusively with modern Porsche, PIWIS 4 is another vital tool in our workshop. It allows us to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently, rather than replacing parts through guesswork.
Whether it is a warning light, an intermittent fault or a problem that another garage has not been able to resolve, we have the equipment and modern Porsche specific knowledge to investigate it properly.
Intermittent faults are the ones that cost owners money in guessed parts. We charge for diagnostic time and then fix the thing that is actually wrong.

You tell us what the car does
When it happens, how warm the engine is, what the weather was doing. Owners notice far more than a fault code shows, and it saves diagnostic time.

We read the whole car
Every control unit, not just the engine. Stored faults, freeze-frame data, campaign history and adaptation values.

We test rather than assume
Substitution, measurement and live data until the fault is proven. If a part turns out to be fine, it goes back on the car.

You get the reasoning
A plain description of what we found, what we would do, what it costs, and what we would leave for now, before any work starts.
